Hi
Headache can be due to various reasons.
It can be a migraine which occurs with aura or without.Aura is a characteristic symptoms which occurs before migraine like black outs, speech disturbances etc.
Another type is tension head ache.will have sensitivity to sound and light and usually bilateral.Another one is cluster which occurs unilateral associated with redness of eyes, rhinorheanasal blockage and ptosis.
Secondary headaches are there other than that which may be due to sinus problem or eye problem or some neurological problem.
If you have eliminated causative problems of sinus and eye with ent and ophthalmologist then you should have a consultation with neurologist. You might need to take a CT or MRI and rule out any neurologic cause.
Hope this may help you
thanks
