What Could Be The Reason For Having A Head Rush?

Hi, last night I stood up and had a pretty bad head rush. This head rush ended lasting for about 10 minutes and for the entire time I had no vision at all. Afterwards I was extremely dizzy and had poor ciordination and ended up vomiting two different times in the night. Do you know what might have been wrong with me?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I can understand your question , this is very common condition called Orthostatic Hypotension, if you sudden stand up then the blood gets pulled down due to gravitational force and this causes the less blood supply in the brain which induces dizzy feeling black out (The most common symptom) this is transient one goes away soon but if this happens on and often then it needs to be investigated, but it is rarely have some medical condition, nothing to worry about this have nice day.
