General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, he had the allergy, viral infection or bacterial infection of the upper respiratory tract .
I advise you to consult a pediatrician for diagnosis and treatment.
He may need to have the blood test to find if there is eosinophelia may be the cause of the continuous cold.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms cifixime, phenylephrine , citrizine, xylometazoline pediatric nasal drops, di ethyl carbamazepine.
wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
