What Could Be The Patch On Forearm Which Looks Like Petechiae?

about 3 weeks ago i had on bilat forearms what looked like petechiae. now it looks like a sunburn when i haven t really gone out in the sun to get a sunburn. its flat not itchy but it does bother me. i don t think i ve done anything different so i really don t know what it could be???

It could be a purpura. You can take Vitamin C tablets twice daily for a week. If it does not resolve in a week, do consult your Dermatologist.
You should consult Dermatologist immediately, if the rash ulcerate or increase rapidly in size.
