What Could Be The Lobes Attached To The Testes?

i have this problem in my testes. One of my testes is normal sized but the other testes has some sort of lobe attached to it. well, I don't know which one is the testes and which one is just a lobe or both of them are parts of the same testes. The lobes are attached. i dont know what this is and i am really freaking out. Please help me. Is it testicular cancer? if yes..could it affect my fertility?

General Surgeon 's  Response
HI.
Very good observation.
Transillumination by a torch in a dark room:: if shows the lobe shining - it is hydrocele/ if not shining , there can be a serious thing.

The easiest diagnosis is made by ultrasonography and color doppler study.

If cancer it can affect the fertility. Yet it is possible to get children even when testis is normal.. Go for semen analysis too.
