What Could Be The Itchy Swollen Bumps On My Labia Minora And Vagina?

I have these little taste bud like swollen bumps on my liba minor and on my vagina. Near the hole it is very itchy and recently I've been getting this really thick white discharge but it doesn't have a bad odor . It has a smell but not a nasty one .

I just started having sex a month ago for the first time and my partner was tested and came back clear .

So what can this be

Hi,Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe it appears to the candidyasis, or a mixed infection with trichomoniasis, etc.As you describe it is the first time you are having sex might be due to the scratches then.
I advise you to consult a dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms fluconazole, cifixime, ornidazole, and clotrimazole veginal tablets.
