What Could Be The Cyst Like Structure Attached To Frenulum, Swollen Lymph Node And Irritation In Tongue??

The underside of my tongue has been irritated for about 2 days on and off. I looked today and there is a small cyst like structure attached to the frenulum. Also I now have what feels like a swollen lymph gland on the right side of my face - submandibular area. What could this be

This could be a small mucus retention cyst , you have nothing to worry as most of them will disappear spontaneously
