Question: I hace this fatty flat feel movable lump2cm under my right jaw line. Only felt when I look down at my chest. No other infections,colds.
Im worried what is it?

There is no swelling. No pain. I can only feel it or see it when i bend my head down. No teeth problem that i can feel. Is about 2cm. Flat, moves around if touch. Its right on under my right upper bottom if my jaw line.

It is probably the submandibular gland swelling. You should get a fnac done from the swelling and an ultrasound submandibular area done for proper diagnosis.
Further treatment will depend on the test results.
