Hello
Thanks for your query.

I will try my best to provide you with best possible professional recommendations to your questions.
Obesity and irregular menses are the symptoms of PCOD. PCOD results in an ovulatory cycle. This may be responsible for not becoming pregnancy.
I advice you to go for scan and reports should be shown to the OBG specialist for further treatment. Chances of pregnancy is present with proper treatment.

For passing yellow thing from breast it might be due to mastitis that is infection of breast or due to any underlying pathology. Mammography and breast examination should be done.

I advice you to meet the surgeon for thorough examination and also to perform culture and sensitivity test of the yellow secretion from the breast, to find out which organism is responsible for this.

Yet again, I do hope that you have found something helpful and I will be glad to answer any further query.
