What Could Be The Cause Of White Fluid Bumps On Penis Immediately After Masturbation?
i get small white bumps on the top middle right side of my penis randomly imitately after masturbation but never after sex. They appear in the same area every time no where else. Sometimes it's one and sometimes it's a group of them. They are all the same size. They look like tiny pimples and they are white on top and if i pop them, they have a clear fluid in them.

You had not mentioned about the fate of the bumps over penis which follows after masturbation.
How long it persists? Is it going for ulceration? Is there any pain or itching?
Your answers to these questions have some relevance to your problem.
By the history you told, it could be a recurrent Genital Herpes infection.
Other possibility is an ordinary superficial skin infection due to the bacterial flora over the skin. If it is of second type, then an application of an antiseptic cream and usage of an antiseptic toilet soap will do better. For Genital herpes, you consult your physician and confirm the same and appropriate treatment will help you.
