Hi,welcome to healthcare magic forum.
From your description,it seems like recurent angeoneurotic edema. There is an entity called hereditary angeoneurotic edema, and can be diagnosed by specific blood tests. If that is negative, and no other causes found,do not worry.Just give supportive treatment when an episode occur. Also, try to find any triggering factors. Some food items or other allergens can precipitate such attacks. If that is found, avoiding such factors can be much helpful.
Hope you will find this information useful.Thank you.
