Hi,

One possible side effect of lisinopril is a condition called angioedema, which involves swelling beneath the skin, often around the face, lips, tongue, or throat. However, the symptoms you described, such as red blotches on your arm during strenuous activity, do not seem to be consistent with angioedema. Need to examine the skin physically by doctor.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
