What Could Be The Cause Of Severe Nose Bleeds, Bleeding In Ears, Dizziness With Increased ESR ?

Im worried about my daughter she got the results of her blood test which indicated that her esr levels r at 120 she is severly aneamic is tired all the time she has had nose bleeds & bleeding from her ears twice she is also finding it hard at times with her balance & has had dizzy turns do u know wot maybe causing these symptoms?

Dear anemia can cause high esr, other possibilities like wegners granulomatosis can cause nose ear bleed with high esr. Other possibilities like infection or other vasculitis may present like this.
