Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum. It appears to be the urinary tract infection, a sort of fever, it may be secondary to the sore throat. The rest may be the constitutional symptoms of the fever. I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have blood tests and urine test for diagnosis and treatment. Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods to hasten the recovery. Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
Sore throat or infection in throat can present with headache. But it does not lead to tingling in different parts of body.
Sudden onset of unusual symptoms with involvement of different unrelated parts of body can occur in anxiety and stress. Anxiety disorders can manifest not only with psychological symptoms but with a variety of physical symptoms also like: Tingling, numbness, palpitation, tremors (shakiness) and pain in different parts of body due to muscle spasm etc.
But same time it is necessary to get yourself examined and investigated to rule out medical causes for recent symptoms.
