What Could Be The Cause Of Fleshy Looking Part Stuck In The Anus Of A Child ?

I am concerned because my 2 1/2 year old son pooped in his diaper with the last bit stuck into his anus which looked like raw shredded ground meat. I was able to pull it out but was scared because I thought it could have been hemroids but I was able to pull it out with his help. What is that? Could it be worms?

in child age group hemorrhoid are uncommon . as you said this part is common from anus and groun meat like . and you tried to pull it out but remain unsuccessful . by history it seem to be partial rectal prolapse .
partial rectal prolapse is common in children . push the rectal prolapse with finger and avoid straining by child during defecation and passage of urine .
