What Could Be The Cause For Sun Burn Like Rashes?

I get a Sun burn like rash at least once a day and it is never in the same spot sometimes it will be on my neck bone or on my shoulder and sometimes on my rist but never in the same spots at the same time I have not changed anything the past few weeks it only last a hour or so and goes away what I don t get is why it s in different spots I m 38 years old if that helps any can you please tell me what it might be ? Physical examination and complete blood picture are mandatory to assess this since there are variety of other causes that needs to be ruled out.
