Suggest Treatment For Intermittent Sun Burn Like Rashes

I m wondering what this could possibly be. I have this sunburn looking rash that comes and goes. It itches and feels hot to the touch. If I leave it go for a few hours the redness will go away and appear in a different spot. The redness only appears after I ve eaten something. When I wake up in the morning it s not there anymore. For example, this morning I ate eggs. Then for lunch I had pizza and then the redness started appearing again.

Hi,

You can apply commercially available moisturiser and a steroid cream. Apply coconut oil. A void soap. Take antihistamines like Levocetirizine 5mg at night if there is itching.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ajeet Singh, General & Family Physician
