What Could Be Expected From This Urinalysis Test Result Taken For Acidity And Gastritis Symptoms?
Hii I am XXXX I am 22 year old. A about 2 year ago I did some intense Abbs exercise of Abbs (3-4) days. After this some problems like high acidity in my stomach, small swelling in my liver, gas problem in my stomach and in digestion are created.After a month my urine test report shows pus cell 29-22, Albumin (++) RBCs 6-8,sugar NIL, amorphous phosphates (+) (crystal). I have burning sensation through urine excration. After 3-4 months Albumin (trace), sugar NIL, pus cell 4-5.Then along some report albumin some time (++) or trace and pus cells also arise 4-5 or 4-6 now my stomach is better but some time small gas problem created in my stomach and in digestion also created. In last month (09/04/2016) my urine report shows albumin (++) sugar NIL and pus cell (4-5). So please doctor tell me about the problem of abumin and pus cells in my urine and the presence of albumin in my urine can cause danger to my kidney and also suggest me to cure this problem.

The presence of albumin and pus cells in the urine indicate urinary tract infection rather than issue from abs exercises. My guidelines to get fast recovery and avoid any ill effects over the kidney from underlying infection:
- Plenty of liquids
- Urinary alkaliser as citro soda or potassium chloride
- Citrus fruits with vitamin C content
- Restrict salt intake in diet
- Avoid all spices, non-veg, junk foods, dairy fat
- Prescription of certain molecules from your doctor
PPI as pantoprazole
Antibiotics as nitrofurantoin or fluoroquinolones as per the culture sensitivity report
- Discuss need of blood test as serum creatinine, urea levels as baseline parameter of kidney function; total white blood cells count and ESR
- Avoid sexual activities if active
- Control of blood sugar and body weight
- Avoid smoking and alcohol if consuming
