What Could Be Causing No Ovulation 2 Weeks Before The Period Due Date?

Hi Doc,
Am 26. Planning to conceive. Am checking my ovulation daily. It still shows negative. My expected ovulation date was 5th December and my next period starts 19th December. There are still no signs of ovulation on the strip. Am worried. Please help.

Usually ovulation takes place on and around 14th day in 28 days regular menstrual cycle.But it varies from cycle to cycle
Also if periods are irregular, you can't exactly predict the ovulation time.
One more fact is, all cycles are not ovulatory cycles.Many cycles may be anovulatory(No release of ova from ovary).
So,no need to worry.Have patience.Try for another two cycles.
