What Could Be A Hole Appearing On Roof Of My Mouth?
i am 62 years old, weigh 61 kilo. Am taking tamoxifen (had breast surgery 2 years ago. Also had hystarechtamy 7 years ago for cancer. Taking meds: tamoxifen, ompradex for stomach problems, and statins for cholesterol. I am concerned about a very small (pen it size) hole i just noticed on the roof of my mouth. I am having some pain twinges on my upper lip on the side where the hole is. What can it be?

A detailed clinical examination of the lesion is required.
This could be due to infection from the tooth, nutritional deficinecy, ulceration due to the heat produced by medications.
Dont worry apply dologel oral ointment topically over the lesion.
At home take lukewarm saline nad antiseptic mouthwash rinses.
Take multivitamin suplements.
