What Could Be A Completely Fat Free Diet Programme?

Gud Morning, i would like to switch myself to a total fat free food program, currently i'm taking usual Indian food. Doesn't matter if the food is boiled or tasteless but want to retain the same nutritional value. in this regard, its been 2 years i quit eating rice and any sweet thing (even sugar). please suggest me whether i'm on right track or not and suggest a diet program. I'm a male, 27 years, 5'11", 78 Kgs.

Hello,

As per your age and weight, you seem to be overweight, I would suggest to practice the exercise, and stop taking the more calorie contained diet.

Avoid taking junk food, be regular in the meal, change the eating habit, try to follow the balanced diet, it is the best to follow, you can see the dietitian for the best plan, but still, I would suggest the exercise for yours.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Akhtarhusain
