OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Bleeding with lower abdominal pain in early pregnancy can be due to :
1. Threatened , inevitable or missed abortion
2. Ectopic pregnancy
3. Bleeding around the foetus( subchorionic haemorrhage)
The diagnosis can be confirmed by proper examination and ultrasound.
I would suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined, investigated and treated accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
