What Could A Small Bubble-like Film In Corner Of Eye Be?

Looked in the mirror there is a jellylike substance, small bubble like film in the corner. Small irritation, no flashes or floaters. I thought it was a lash, I don t see a lash . No high blood pressure, no diabetes, no glaucoma but dad has, just irritated but not red or soninsee a scratch
