Hi I am a third year biomedical science student and I am trying to complete an assignment on acute promyelocytic leukaemia My question is in the case of a misdiagnosis of a type of a type of leukaemia what could a raised bilirubin level indicate apart from damage to the liver Thank you

It may be due red blood cell destruction due to disseminated intravascular coagulation.
