What Could A Pink Redish Discharge Mean In Premenipause?

42, 24 days late and now spotting a slimy pink to redish discharge. We are hoping to be pregnet, but learning about premenipause. Over the last year ive spent a lot of money on pg tests and am procrastinatig buying another. Whatcould this kind of spotting be?

hi,42 is perimenopausal age and the chances of pregnancy decline as cycles become anovulatory but still its not impossible.so you can get a simple urine pregnancy test done with the commercially available kits in the market which is highly sensitive instead of the expensive blood tests.in case it is negative then it could mean normal period but decreased intensity which is very common in this age.all the best and take care.
