General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
Usually during the delivery, if there is hemorrhoids, it may come out as an external piles. Or there may be a possibility of the prolapsed rectum.
I advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms a laxative, ofloxacin, ornidazole.
wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
