What Could 10% Abnormal Sperms In Semen Analysis Indicate?

my sperm test came up with these readings:
I am 27 years
volume: 2.6mL...viscosity: normal...color: creamy...pH:8.1...Total number: 213.2 million...sperm concentration: 82million/mL...Total progressively motile: 62million/mL...Progressively motile: 75.6%...morphology(normal forms): 10%...morphology(abnormal forms): 90%-----> Head defects: 54% Neck and mead piece defects: 35% Tail defects: 1% Cytoplasmic droplets: 0%
please tell if there is a treatment for the abnormal sperms?

Hi dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You have normal sperm count with normal motility. However your sperm morphology is abnormal. You have teratozoospermia. No any medicine is effective for improvement of motility. You should go for in vitro fertilization.
Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
