What Confirms Ovulation?

hi,

i have been trying to conceive since the last 5 years. had two abortions in the year 2010 and 2012. well currently i am getting the follicular monitoring done. the reports reads as follows-

day 12- 18mm right ovary

day 14 collapsed follicle but no free fluid seen.

does it mean i have ovulated or not?

1) Free fluid is not always seen and not necessary.

2) Collapsed follicle means you have ovulated.
