What Causing Plugging In Ear On Using Audex?
its been 4 days i am feeling plugging in my right ear in the second day i used Audex (Choline salicylate in glycerol) twice aiming to dissolve the wax and only i feel that there is no plugging but still decreased Hearing mild tinnitus no vertigo nor discharge i today i wanted to use carbamide peroxide but i found that it is contraindicated with perforated ear drum what would be the effect if used it and i am already having a perforated ear drum? (Age 21, height 180cm ,weight 72, no current or recent disease (otitis ) )

First and formost advise is not to self medicate at all and not to use ear preparations haphazardly and by your own.
If at all you used wax solvent in a perforated drum, and you didn't feel anything abnormal with your ear, not to worry for now.
But such preparation are known to damage delicate middle and inner ear and may lead to permanant damage.
Advise:
1. Get physical examination by an ENT specialist and get it cleaned if wax
2. Have audiogram if any abnormality or you are feeling hearing problem.
