Hello dear,i understand your concern. In my opinion the yellow vaginal discharge associated with pain abdomen needs physical examination to see for any cervical changes and rule out preterm labour. The vaginal infections, urinary tract infection or any other infection, dehydration leads to uterine irritability and preterm labour. So consider meeting the doctor for examination and treatment. The infections should be treated by a course of antibiotics if any.Dont worry. It wi'll subside.Take adequate fluids upto 3 litres to prevent urinary infections. Best regards...Dr.Srilatha
