What Causes Yellow Eyes?

Hello! I m a student from Malaysia, I am 17 years old , I live in a suitable condition, fresh air, clean water(pipe water actually) and since I lived in hostel, the food supplied here are not that good . Also, I live in a sedentary lifestyle, if I m lucky I m only exercise once every two weeks. My BMI are in normal range which my height is 175cm and my weight is 70 kg. What doesnt satisfied me is that I have yellow eyes, I m not feeling very weak, just this yellow eyes are annoying to me. Could it be jaundice? or any infections? If I have these , how can I cure or maybe reduce it? Does exercise helps? For your information, I took supplement called CALCIUM D-REXON , 1000mg, 20mg of B6, 250mg of calcium, a little bit of vitamin D3. Thanks for your reply!

don't confirm it as jaundice. you may go for liver function test. if there is indication then further test for hepatitis b or a. symptoms are a must if this is hepatitis, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting ,and deterioration of health is must. if not it can be just normal.
