Hello
I really appreciate your concern, this can be caused by food poisoning or intestinal infection like gastroenteritis or food allergy
I would like further information to help you better
since how long you have this problem?
Is it associated with acid reflux or regurgitation or pain in abdomen

In my opinion you should see your doctor for stool test for ova cyst or protozoa and course of antibiotics if it is a chronic problem

Otherwise have lots of fluids including ORS and fruit juices to counter dehydration and electrolytic imbalances
Maintain good hygiene
You should take pantoprazole or omeprazole with antacids
You can take curd, yogurt or banana as a home remedy

Hope this helps you
Best wishes
