What Causes Weird Sound In The Ear?

I have a whooshing sound in my right ear sometimes when a bend down. Sometimes I feel a little light headed. My father beat some pills with a hammer very close to me and it was very loud. I had an ear ache a few days later and now when I lie down, I hear a pulse sound in my right ear depending on how I turn my head. Don t hear sound when I sit up or do other activities, but sometimes hear the beating when sitting upright. I checked my blood pressure; it was 135/82 which is normal for me. I m a 33 year old female and am no prescription medication. Had been taking aspirin all of last week to ward of symptoms of dysmenorrhea.
