What Causes Weight Loss When Diagnosed With Thyroid Nodule?

I feel very disoriented, I don t drink or do any illegal drugs. ive lost a lot of weight in the last few months and the doc had an ultra sound on my thyroid and found a small nodule. I now feel awful, my vision feels fuzzy and I feel disoriented. should I go to the doc? they said they would check it again in 6 months but I feel like it needs to be fixed now, its ruining my life. Also when blood work was done they said the test came back and said my pituitary gland was releasing too much chemical. please tell me if I need to go to the doc? my heart keeps racing and I have severe anxiety all the time.
