What Causes Weight Gain And Persistent Headaches?

I have some health problems I need help finding out what s wrong.. My symptoms are weight gain about 5 to 10 pounds in the last two weeks.. I have headaches which I find really bad because I never have headaches. I am tired alot lately and I also feel weak not motivated to do anything.. My stomach doesn t hurt but feels queasy. I have take a pregnancy test but it came out negative.. What could be wrong..

Hi.

A hormonal cause is quite likely, probably a soon approaching period; or other factors that can influence a hormonal imbalance like stress, general infections, medications, chronic conditions, etc. Weight gain can also cause a hormonal imbalance, but if the weight gain is not attributed to diet and lifestyle, then there could possibly be another cause for the hormonal imbalance other than the weight gain. Speak to your doctor about this.
