Hi.

A routine check up does not look for hCG which is elevated during pregnancy and confirms/rules out pregnancy. As for the rest of the details of a routine check up, they may check your physical symptoms and suspect it, but if at all your poor feeling is due to the abortion you just underwent, it will subside with time, so you may not have to visit a medical centre. But if the cause could be totally unrelated, then you could visit a medical centre.

Best wishes.
