Hello
Welcome to health care magic

These symptoms indicate inflammatory condition like acute conjunctivitis.
If it is not responding to treatment with antibiotic eye drops.
If it is not responding to treatment need to rule out nasolacrimal obstruction and dacryocystitis.
Hence I advice you to consult your eye doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.

Thank you
