What Causes Watery Eye, Faint Yellow Tint At Bottom After Upper/lower Eyelid Surgery?

i had upper and lower eye lid surgery 1 week ago. i woke up with a watery left eye and it has a faint yellow tint at the bottom part of the white of my eye. went to opthamologist and he prescribed tobramyacin drops 4x/day. I'm worried...is this a sign of just an infection because of the trauma. he didnt seem concerned but im a worrier.

It appears to be post surgical infection.Doctor has already prescribed antibiotic drop. maximum you can add neosporine oph thalmic ointment tobe applied at bed time. Wait for one week , every thing will be alright.
