What Causes Vomiting With Left Abdomen Pain?

i am 26 years old woman. These days often i want to vomit. One my friend suggest drink about 2 ltr of warm water with little salt and then put fingers in mouth to force vomit to take out all water in. I did this but after this i have little pain on the left upper abdomen. Is this symptom of spleen pain. Drinking much water can cause spleen pain or growth in size of spleen or any kind of disorder in abdomen.

Your symptoms are probably due to distension of stomach and its contraction while vomiting.Some part of the stomach curves through the left side .It has nothing to do with spleen.
If you give rest to the stomach the problems will be solved..
