Hello dear I understand your concern Your symptoms could be due to pancreatitis, severe gastritis. Exact cause should be diagnosed by MRI/CT scan of abdomen. You require hospital admission and and proper care as you already took treatment. Pancreatitis is treated with intravenous fluids, pain medication, and sometimes antibiotics. Typically no eating or drinking is allowed and a tube may be placed into the stomach. Other treatment depend on scan report, blood investigation like serum amylase.
