What Causes Vomiting, Sweating, Red Face And Diarrhea For An 81-year-old?
My husband..81 yrs..Had caroid artery surgery in nov and stroke during surgery and another after surger..suddenly has severe vomiting after feeling good all day... sweating, red face.. still does not feel well some dirrahea and feeling weak... no stroke symptons

The symptoms of your husband seem to be related to a gastroenteritis. I suggest using an over the counter option for diarrhea such as Imodium.
I also suggest using daily probiotics and eating a plain diet. I recommend using an electrolyte solution such as Pedialyte.
