Hello,

It may be food poisoning or gastritis or peptic ulcer disease or bleeding from GI tract or outlet obstruction or intra abdominal infection etc.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Get it done ultrasound abdomen and stool examination. If necessary need upper GI scopy.

Please consult your pediatrician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
