As per your history, signs and symptoms it seems to me the episodes for food poisoning, in both the cases you had out side meals that can be the cause. It is not what you eat, it is where you eat. Regarding the fever, if you took it in evening hours, it is normal, there is no need to worry about it. You must keep yourself hydrated during the episodes of diarrhea and vomiting. In case if severe cramps take antispasmodic medication to receive from pain. You need to avoid outside foods as you seems to be prone to the food poisoning, in case there is high fever or blood in stools or frequently increased bowl movements you may need a consultation with an Gastroenterologist.
