Hello,

Sometimes the period can be light and not heavier always. So you may need not to worry regarding your menstrual period.

The diarrhea, vomiting suggestive of enterocolitis like infective condition. I suggest you maintain hydration with lots of water. You should maintain electrolyte balance by ORS or vital Z like powder intake with water. Don't take excess spicy foods.

I suggest you investigate with ultrasonography scan as well for primary workup. You need to be given antibiotic course as well.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Parth Goswami, General & Family Physician
