What Causes Vomiting And Constipation With Lack Of Appetite?

I have had a diagnosed eating disorder since 2007. I had recovered in 2009 but relapsed at the beginning of 2010. This past week I have not eaten at all and this evening I ate, threw up and then took laxatives. I went to take a shower and almost fainted in the shower and had to sit down. I am sitting down now feeling very ill and wondering if I should go to the hospital. Thank you.

You should immediately go to the hospital.
As you have not eaten since last week, this could have lead to low blood pressure and dehydration. This would have lead to fainting and dizziness.
