What Causes Vomiting And Chest Pain?

hello doctor my wife is suffering from vomiting and chest pain. Also she vomit blood 2-4 times and now when vomit is under control, she is having blood in spit. also she is having mild fever several times. she was tested for RBS, tyhroid, pregnancy and tyhidot. all tests are reporting normal but tyhidot IgM is weakly reactive. kindly help me.

Hi thanks for asking question.
You have come weakly reactive typhoid .
For that treat it with cefixime like antibiotic.

You also have complaint of chest pain.If you have associated cough and fever then rule out pneumonia like infection by chest x ray or sputum examination.

If long term anorexia and weight loss present along with fever then tuberculosis also gas to be ruled out by chest x ray and sputum.

If you have vomit of blood and associated abdomen pain present then do serum viral marker study with USG for rule out hepatitis.

Respiratory infection and excess cough also can lead to blood in spit.

If you have heart problem history then it is also investigated as mitral stenosis like condition also can lead blood in sputum.
