What Causes Vision Loss, hearing Loss And Dizziness?

I experienced vision loss since I was a young child, around aged 4. My vision changes all the time and is now 20/50. I do not qualify for LASIK as my eyes won t settle. 11 years after vision loss, I am now legally hard of hearing with 60% hearing in my right and 80% in my left ears. My head hurts all the time, as though I was punched. I feel dizzy a lot despite not seeing it. My eyes have spots in them a lot. Why is this? What s happening to me?
