Hi,

Your problem can be most likely due to anxiety. Breathing exercises will be helpful. Sit relaxed and take deep breaths and release slowly. This will decrease the heart rate (Palpitations) and vibratory feeling. If this is not helping then beta blockers like Metaprolol can be taken for short term.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nishad B. N., General & Family Physician
