What Causes Vibrations Around The Heart?

Hi Dr. Rynne, For the past few days, I have felt periodic vibration around where my heart is. No pain at all, and I check my pulse and my heart beat seems to be regular, even when I feel vibration. Not sure why this is happening so it is a bit concerning. I am 50, 5 9 , 280, with type 2 diabetes. I m on Metformin, and take insulin from a Dallas Diabetes Study.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your experience with with vibration without pain around the heart following intake of insulin metformin for type 2 diabetes I am suggesting that you are gradually developing a muscle spasm definitely this is not a pathology rather a local reaction following insulin

In view of this please take tablet robaxin and if this continues then please see a cardiologist specialist for expert management

I hope this helps Regards
