I have vibrating lip and then my eyes get irritated. Then I have a heavy feeling in my head and then the lymph nodes swell in my neck. I have a pain in one place in my head I had this several times in the last 3 years and it is accompanied with fatigue

what you have reported is neurological. should consult neurologist for examination and advise.lymph node involvement is not understood. generally it is inflamatory.
